چکیده
The coordinate-space representation of the Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory is method choice to study weakly bound nuclei whose properties are affected by quasiparticle continuum space. To describe such systems, we developed a three-dimensional Skyrme-Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov solver HFBFFT based on existing, highly optimized and parallelized Skyrme-Hartree-Fock code Sky3D. does not impose any self-consistent spatial symmetries as mirror inversions or parity. underlying equations solved in directly canonical basis using fast Fourier transform. remedy problems with pairing collapse, implemented soft energy cutoff annealing. convergence HFB solutions was improved sub-iteration method. Hermiticity violation differential operators brought Fourier-transform-based differentiation has also been solved. accuracy performance were tested benchmarking it against other codes, both spherical deformed, for set nuclei, well-bound weakly-bound.

Symmetry-projected Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov Equations
Symmetry-projected Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov (HFB) equations are derived using the variational ansatz for the generalized one-body density-matrix in the Valatin form. It is shown that the projected-energy functional can be completely expressed in terms of the HFB density-matrix and the pairing-tensor. The variation of this projected-energy is shown to result in HFB equations with modified express...
متن کاملParticle-drip lines from the Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory with Skyrme interaction.
We calculate positions of one-and two-particle, proton and neutron drip lines within the Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory using Skyrme interaction. We also determine an approximate r-process path defined as a line where the neutron binding energy is equal to 2 MeV. A weakening of the nuclear shell structure at drip lines is found and interpreted as resulting from a coupling with continuum states.
متن کاملHartree-Fock-Bogoliubov Calculations in the UCOM Framework
With the advent of new radioactive beam facilities like FAIR, the structure of exotic nuclei far beyond the valley of stability can be probed experimentally, providing a strong motivation for theoretical studies using ab initio approaches and interactions which provide a stringent link to QCD as the fundamental theory of the strong interaction. To this end, we apply second-generation VUCOM inte...
متن کاملCoordinate-space solution of the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock- Bogolyubov equations within spherical symmetry. The program HFBRAD (v1.00)
We describe the first version (v1.00) of the code hfbrad which solves the SkyrmeHartree-Fock or Skyrme-Hartree-Fock-Bogolyubov equations in the coordinate representation within the spherical symmetry. A realistic representation of the quasiparticle wave functions on the space lattice allows for performing calculations up to the particle drip lines. Zero-range density-dependent interactions are ...
